TERESA "TEE" HALL


Teresa “Tee” Hall was born in Berlin, Germany, the proud daughter of a U.S. Army service member. Growing up in a military family, service and discipline were deeply rooted in her values from an early age principles that would shape her own remarkable journey.

Teresa honorably served in the United States Air Force,rising to the rank of Master Sergeant (E-7). As an Administrator (3A) and First Sergeant (8F), she played a vital role in supporting mission readiness and leading with compassion and strength. Her career took her across the globe, with assignments at Wurtsmith AFB (Michigan), Hessisch and Lindsey Air Stations (Germany), Tucson AFB (Arizona), Spangdahlem AB (Germany), Lackland and Randolph AFBs (Texas), Okinawa AB (Japan), and Ali Al-Salem AB (Kuwait).

Teresa's leadership and dedication earned her multiple honors, including Airman of the Year, NCO of the Quarter (twice), Meritorious Service Medals (4), Air Force Commendation Medals (5), and Air Force Achievement Medals (3).

Following her military retirement, she continued her legacy of service as a Federal Civil Service Employee for 13 years, retiring in 2022. Her commitment to mentorship, excellence, and integrity remained the cornerstone of her career.

Teresa is a proud member of Kappa Epsilon Psi Military Sorority, Incorporated, where she continues to uplift and support fellow women veterans and service members. Known for her warmth, wisdom, and strength, she is a shining example of what it means to lead with heart and serve with purpose.
